Step 1 - Choose a theme.
Use researches such as moridb.com to look through items that match your designs.
Step 2: Post completed idea
After you have filled out the form on the "Fashion Designer Department Page" (on MFG website) - post the completed task on the "[MFG] Fashion Designer Department" pt.
Step 3: Repeat, until quota made.
The photographer manager(s) will occasionally come and take some of the designs for their team to photograph. *If you want to photograph your own that is okay but you will need to be added to the photographer department thread.

Order of Operations
1 - Pick a theme (ie: cat)
2 - Go through hairstyles/wigs, accessories, outfits (shirts, pants, leggings, dresses), shoes - and put together a outfit to match your theme
3 - Post the completed idea in the "Fashion Designer" thread.
4 - The photo manager will take the designs over to their department where they will be photographed.
5 - Repeat.
