How to be a Supplier

Deliverers will request supplies. They will list out their times for their next 1-3 days availability. If you can open during those times feel free to schedule. Ask them "how about xx time" and go from there.
Let the deliverer know where the items are going to be (or give us your map to upload and tell them to reference the map) - then tell them when they are open ** make sure either you or they post that you've supplied them (all shown in image)
You then fill in the numbers from our supply log. In this case it was 01,04 then you click where to place it. You can see hovering over the items that it has the number on it, which means you customized it. You need to place the item in your house before a deliverer picks it up to double check it - ALWAYS

Check ALL customized items before handing them to deliverers. This means place the items in your house, and if they show up correctly you're good to go. If the item shows up not customized or doesn't show up you need to redo it. If it's an error in the code (like you check and the code is right, but the item is wrong) get with ASUtown immediately

New Horizons Supplying:
As a New Horizons supplier you likely will not have every single catalog item. You can claim partial orders just be clear about what you're supplying and what is left to be supplied.

Without time traveling you can send 2 items directly from the catalog and 2 items in regular letters a day. Then you can order 5 items from your catalog each night.
​
ASUtown will have the upcoming promos up for cataloging, so arrange a time with her to catalog those.
​
There is no limit to how much you can supply, but try and ensure you can get the items by the next day (at the latest) If not leave for someone else to claim.
