Surveys for you to send will ALWAYS be listed by your managers. Sometimes they will list other things for you to send. If this is the case you can claim directly from the list. (see next slide to see how to claim)
It's important to state each thing your claiming whether it's Greets, Surveys, Recruits, etc. You're welcome to search for greets, recruits, and service recruits to send on your own, but you'll be responsible to check it against our DNC thread
Sometimes customers will ask you to add orders to the outstanding orders list for them. This happens especially with new members. To add just see the image above. Most often it's for the "Welcome to ACC" package.

New members (members with a smiley face by name) may not be recruited for jobs - because new members cannot work at MFG until smiley face is gone.
