How to be an Updater

Before you begin an update you must "claim it" - this prevents multiple people updating the same thing. You must state what you're planning to update (as shown in the image).
Every 25 posts a new page forms and we need our new "Top of Page posts" posted. Please make sure you're posting the correct updates for each page. "Giveaway - Top of Page Giveaway Updates" "Interior Design - Top of Page Interior Design Updates" and so on.
When someone requests an interview you will list it on the "awaiting interviews" list as shown. Make sure the position is open (top of page post) **new members cannot apply until their smiley face is gone.

Snack packs, promotions, surveys, add-ons, etc can be added to the same line as long as it doesn't exceed 20 items.

Quiz responses (trivia, CLUE, other activities) must have the # of the winning attached in order to be claimed.

Make sure that the promos being ordered are from the current list of promos.

The weekly promotion changes (almost) every Sunday. Make sure you note when it changes

CUSTOM ORDERS - unless a series item (ie: regal, rococo, etc) the catalog numbers must be used.

No orders should ever be over 100 items per ACC rules.

If a customer orders more than allowed, you can either include the first 20 items in their order and then inform them you've condensed their order OR you can ask them to revise their order (recommended if they go WAY over)

Employee - Employees must state they are employees to get the employee bonus orders - listed on regular list
